/ HR HOUSE

HR House is a residential project designed for a family, with the client's main requirement being the removal of outdated elements from the previous structure. The design approach for HR House is minimalist, rooted in a concept of clarity and essentialism—removing all non-functional components while preserving the primary spatial functions. Superfluous architectural details, such as ornamental moldings and profiles, have been stripped away to maintain a focus on the core design elements, ensuring that the aesthetic quality is not sacrificed.

The ground floor is organized into distinct public and private zones, including a dining and living area, kitchen, side yard, and master bedroom. The upper floor accommodates additional bedrooms and bathrooms. The building's plan is based on a 4m x 4m modular grid, chosen for its spatial efficiency and adaptability. This square form optimizes both functional layout and spatial organization. The continuous structural system, spanning from the ground floor to the upper level, is designed to streamline the integration of utilities and enhance overall efficiency in building services.
